    1. I follow up with you!
    2. I email you a booking form.
    3. If you’re ready to book, you receive a contract and deposit invoice to secure your service date.
    4. A couple weeks before your event, you get an instructional email.
    5. After your event: I receive your flowers and start preserving.
    6. A few weeks after, I send a survey to collect details such as frame, design, and add-on projects.
    7. Eight weeks after your event date, you receive the final invoice with the remaining balance.
    7. Once finished, I text a design proof for you to confirm (unless you’d rather be surprised!)
    8. Project is shipped back to you or prepared for pick up.

    That’s it!

  • There are several options for bouquet drop-off. The most popular is direct drop-off to my home office in Jacksonville, Florida either the day following the event or the closest business day (usually Monday). It is common for a family member or someone from the wedding party to take charge of this responsibility by delivering your flowers to me on your behalf! If you are over an hour and a half away, I recommend priority shipping; instructions are included in the email sent a couple weeks before your event. Lastly, I offer direct pick-up for a $75 travel and convenience fee within a 30 mile radius of my office.

  • Here is a breakdown to help you make a decision:

Tier 1:The budget-friendly choice that provides a smaller, yet lovely memento for those wanting to capture the main essence of their special flowers.
Tier 2: The classic piece. This is great for those wanting to preserve the majority of their bouquet in its natural state.
Tier 3: The luxury package. This is perfect for those wanting to capture every detail of their bouquet and create a show-stopper piece, through a thorough preservation of every flower, designed in our largest frame.

Pressed: Mimics more of a traditional art piece and might blend in best with other wall art. Easier to transport, and suitable for those wanting an eclectic design.
3D: Good for those wanting more of an exact replica style of their flowers as they were on the event day. Preserves the original shapes of the flowers in a shadow box frame about 3” deep.

  • Proper flower preservation is not a quick or straight forward process. You can expect your project to take an average of anywhere from 12-20 weeks, depending on the time of year. Rest assured that I am doing my best to carefully attend to your precious florals, and you can always reach out to request a progress update!

  • We can absolutely do this! I have created several stunning pieces that inclde these mementos. Feel free to request photo examples and Ill be happy to send some over.

  • I no longer work with resin due to its detrimental impact on human health. I do, however, offer a variety of other fun project options such as ornaments, mini-frames, glass trays, and in the developmental works: candle holders!
